Corum Property has launched a new lettings business called Domus Letting.
Operating independently, but sharing resources and expertise, Domus will be led by managing partner Dave Dyer, who has 18 years in the lettings industry, having started out at his family’s business in England.
John Kelly, managing partner at Corum, commented: “Corum has seen over two decades of success, built on our unwavering commitment to quality and personalised service.
“It’s only fitting that we bring these same values to the lettings market with the launch of Domus.
“Our goal is to replicate Corum’s premium service ethos within Domus, focusing on quality of delivery rather than volume.”
Dyer added: “We are excited to officially launch Domus Lettings and bring a fresh perspective to the lettings market.
“It has been a project we have been working on behind the scenes for quite some time and our team is passionate about raising the bar for lettings in Glasgow, delivering a service that prioritises client satisfaction above all else.”
Domus Letting will provide everything from property management to tenant placement, with no emphasis on ‘special technology’, instead focusing on being a hands-on, customer-centric business.
The business will initially be based at Corum’s headquarters at 20 Blythswood Square.
