The Sheridan City Council, at their recent regular business meeting, approved first reading of an ordinance adopting a Downtown Development District Overlay and a Downtown Business District Overlay. The ordinance adopting a Downtown Development District Overlay and a Downtown Business District Overlay must be approved two more times by the City Council before it takes effect.
