To help with this transformation, Emilia enlists the help of Rita (Zoe Saldaña), a frustrated lawyer looking to break through her industry’s glass ceiling. Emilia’s new life presents a storm of complications, especially for her wife Jessi, who grapples with such a seismic shift in their relationship. The film, directed by Jacques Audiard, also presents Selena Gomez, Adriana Paz and Édgar Ramírez as part of its cast.
