HAMMOND – Southeastern Louisiana University will host a reception and book signing Nov. 14 at the Southeastern Alumni Visitor Center to celebrate the launch of “Bayou Dilemma: Louisiana in Crisis and Change.”
Scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m., the event is free and open to the public.
