MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – On Wednesday the Bulldog Shop held a book signing for Steve Robertson.
Steve Robertson has written multiple books, seven to be exact.
He has covered Mississippi state sports and college football recruiting in the state of Mississippi for over 20 years.
His newest book “The Dude” is what his focus was for today’s signing.
Robertson shared his inspiration for writing his new book.
“And behold, there’s duty noble standing with the football staff. And I’m like, what’s he doing with the football staff? Thought he was just a baseball guy. He’s a freshman football coach. And so I thought, why do I not know this? Why does anybody not know this. Somebody should have written a book. And it was almost like, oh, there it is. That’s what I’m working on next and reached out and connected with the family, the Noble family. And I got their blessing to do the book. And and now here we are. And it’s my 7th book, but I think it’s the best one I’ve written,” said Steve Robertson.
