The Friends of the Douglas County Library will host a two-day used book sale, Friday and Saturday, November 15-16, at the Minden Library, 1625 Library Lane.
The sale will feature hardback and paperback fiction and nonfiction, vintage, teen, and children’s books, puzzles, and more. A preview sale for members of Friends of the Library will be from noon to 3 pm on Friday, November 15. Non-members are welcome to join at the door. Members of the Friends receive a 10% discount on all purchases throughout the sale. Beginning at 3 pm on Friday, November 15, the sale opens to the public and continues Saturday, November 16 from 10 am to 4 pm, with a ½ price sale from 3 to 4 pm.
Donations of 1 or 2 bags or small boxes of books are accepted at the library during regular hours. For larger donations, contact the library at 775-782-9841 or [email protected].
