‘Singham Again‘ has finally hit the screens on November 1 and it’s clashing with Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3‘. While ‘Singham Again’ obviously, is an all Ajay Devgn show, this is Rohit Shetty‘s cop universe which also features characters played by Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh. This time around, apart from these two, it’s Salman Khan‘s cameo as Chulbul Pandey that’s leaving everyone excited to see the film.
Singham Again Movie Review
Singham Again’ has sold 2.26 lakh tickets so far in the national chains and made Rs 7.15 crore net. The All-India advance booking number is Rs 12.50 crore so far. While this is an estimated number from the advance sales, the current bookings are expected to be more. According to Sacnilk, the film has released in over 3500 screens. It is expected to have a day 1 collection of Rs 35 crore net in India. This is just the early estimate.

The film is facing a tough competition from ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ owing to the popularity of the franchise and the current trend of horror comedies working, post the success of ‘Stree 2’. However, ‘Singham Again’ will do better in mass belts, especially in Maharashtra owing to its popularity and strong roots here.

Diwali extended weekend where people will finally have some time off after the Laxmi puja and spending time with family. The first reviews of the film are also good. But we shall wait till Friday night or Saturday morning to see which film amongst these brings in more people to the theatres!
