The opening of the Diva Sisters Holiday Shop at 2100 Washington Blvd., Belpre, was celebrated with a ribbon cutting Nov. 7 by the Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce, business owners, family and customers. Owners Mindy Sereno and Victoria Frye welcomed the community to the new retail location that features home decor for holidays and a year-round Christmas shop. Allie New of U.S. Rep.
