MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) — What’s better than a cookie? A stuffed cookie!
New Minot business, Tasty Cookies, offers large stuffed cookies. The local business is owned and operated by Genesys Gil. She offers eight regular flavors with an additional special weekly flavor. Gil is originally from Venezuela but relocated to the Magic City four years ago.
“I used to work in the oilfield, I was a Petroleum Engineer, and I was gone all the time. So, I started baking for my little one, for the family and friends and at some point, I realized I can do this,” said Gil.
Tasty Cookies is closed Mondays but open Tuesday through Sunday.
