The travel industry continues its upward trend, and US airlines reported that 271 million passengers were transported this summer, a 6.3% increase from last year. New Waterloo, a community-centric independent hotel management company, will soon open Fidelity Hotel. Located in Cleveland’s Euclid Avenue historic district, Fidelity Hotel is an adaptive reuse of the historic 103-year-old Baker Building. Located just steps away from shopping, dining, concerts and sporting events, the property will feature 97 guest rooms and suites, a full-service restaurant a bar and meeting space. Designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture and built by Whiting-Turner, the hotel will include custom-designed furniture and curated art that pays homage to the richness of the city. Curioso and Looney & Associates designed all guestrooms, suites and public spaces with details that balance old and new, including rich colors and patterns, unlacquered brass, hardwood and marble floors and antiqued mirrors.
Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa,Turks & Caicos

Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, will be located in South Caicos, an island that offers unspoiled nature, vibrant marine life and a rich cultural heritage. The resort will boast 100 guest rooms and suites adorned with opulent features, balconies with ocean views and bespoke room amenities. The Spa at Salterra will offer a wide range of curated wellness experiences that draw on the natural landscape of South Caicos. Levantine Hill Hotel, Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia

Designed to fit naturally with the landscape, the new build will complement the cellar door and winery buildings already located on the property. Boasting 33 rooms of accommodations, the hotel is the perfect spot for a winery weekend away, as well as weddings, events and conferences. Levantine Hill is the merger of two vineyards in wine country – on one side, a vineyard producing superior grapes since the 1990s, and the other, lovingly planted family blocks right alongside a truffiére surrounding the Homestead.
