Firefighters in Rehoboth are investigating a fire that burned a large part of a business on Winthrop Street on Sunday afternoon.Just after 1 p.m. Sunday, the Rehoboth Fire Department responded to multiple 911 calls for an unknown type of fire.Firefighters arriving at the scene discovered a train “caboose” used as an office and an attached wood shop, which were fully engulfed in flames.The business owner was on scene and the building was occupied at the time of the fire, the Rehoboth Fire Department said.Firefighters were eventually able to put out the flames, but the Rehoboth Fire Department said the caboose and attached workshop were deemed a total loss.There were no injuries reported to either occupants of the building or firefighters and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
