Balcony Row Books (BRB) celebrated their grand opening at 109 S. Saginaw St. in Holly with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Oct. 30. The bookstore opened on Oct. 2. Owner Meghan Zaderej said she started BRB to build a hearth for the community, for people to gather, create relationships and share a love of books. BRB sells new books and hosts multiple events that include book clubs for adults and kids, Poetry and Tea, Reading with Mother Goose, and other mindful workshops. Events take place in the meeting space in the back of the store. Balcony Row Books is a member of the Holly Area Chamber Division of North Oakland Regional Chambers Association. Submitted photo
