A beloved jewelry, home decor and gift shop in the heart of downtown Burlington is celebrating two decades of business.Danforth Pewter is celebrating 20 years at its Church Street location. On Saturday, folks could have stopped for the celebration and meet Judi Danforth, the founder of the shop.Danforth was there to hand-inscribe some of the store’s products.NBC5 caught up with her to see how the Queen City has changed over the years she’s been in business and why she says she is not going anywhere.”I think a lot of the new energy on Church Street is really positive, and we’re looking forward to some of the projects getting finished and good things coming for Church Street. It’s such a beautiful marketplace” said Danforth.Danforth spent her day in the shop with her staff and got the chance to revisit some of the products that she remembers first introducing to Burlington all the way back in 2004.
