In this segment, we hear from Bookseller Katie Kinnell about the importance of shopping locally over the holiday season. Janet Fuentes of the Providence Community Libraries explains their “Adopt a Book” Program. With this program, a book can be purchased for 20% off from Books on the Square. After the purchaser reads the book, it can be returned to a local community library in Providence so others can enjoy it!
