Shuttling passengers and cargo is a massive undertaking both in scope and complexity, making Tuncap’s tireless work even more meaningful. Joshua Tenorio, Guam’s lieutenant governor, spoke with great admiration of his Uncle David, saying he looked to transformative business. “The airline industry, which transformed the economy of this island,” he said. “So many of our people worked for Pan-Am ;not only did he work there from the ground-up, he rose all the way to the top!
