BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The City of Cocoa’s 23rd Annual Economic Development Business Showcase and Market will be held Jan. 15 at the Cocoa Civic Center from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The event will spotlight the past year’s economic development achievements in the Cocoa community and feature a variety of local businesses.
Special Presentation from Brightline: A representative from Brightline will be at the Annual Business Showcase and Market event to showcase the transformative impact of Brightline Train Stations on local economies.
They will share insights into the economic growth and development spurred by these stations in other communities and highlight the exciting potential for Cocoa as it prepares to welcome its Brightline Train Station soon.
This engaging discussion will provide a forward-looking perspective on how infrastructure can drive prosperity and opportunity for Cocoa and its residents.

■ 4 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.: Welcome and Introductions, Cocoa’s Economic Development Year-in-Review
■ 4:15 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.: Speaker – Brightline
■ 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Attendees can visit with over 15 local Cocoa business owners and sample their offers. There is no need to RSVP; the event is free and open to the public.
