STEAM Academy at MS-Berkeley got by visiting Gateway Science Academy 52-49 Friday.
The Bulldogs shot well from outside the 3-point arc, connecting on five of 10 shots. Lamar McCoy was the leading scorer for STEAM Academy at MS-Berkeley with 20 points and Mustafah Taylor added 15. The leading rebounder for STEAM Academy at MS-Berkeley was Dylan Merkle (10).
STEAM Academy at MS-Berkeley (3-4) hosts North County Christian on Tuesday, January 14 at 5:30 p.m. Gateway Science Academy (1-5) travels to Bakersfield on Thursday at 6 p.m.
