Southampton Science Park has opened nine new laboratories to help address the urgent need for research and development spaces in the South.
Located at Epsilon House alongside office space, the labs range from 200 to 1000 sq ft and are available now for occupation.
“It’s widely known that the UK’s science and technology community needs significantly more laboratory space,” said Lucinda Lamont, business development director at the park.
“We’re pleased to be able to cater for this need by refurbishing an area of our campus.
“Our nine new laboratories will help bridge the gap in much needed research and development space while we create further capacity with our landmark new building.”
