JAMMU, Jan 16: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today congratulated ISRO scientists on achieving historic milestone with successful docking of satellite under SpaDex.
“Congratulations to team @isro on achieving a historic milestone with successful docking of satellites under SpaDeX! India is now 4th nation to reach this remarkable feat.
