A student in Tipperary is asking for teenagers in the country to take part in a survey about autism misinformation.
Cara Darmody (14), who goes to Presentation Secondary School in Clonmel, announced the news this week that her project has made it into the Stripe Young Scientist Competition in the RDS.
Describing her project, Cara said “My project is to establish the level of misinformation & fake news that exists about certain things in the autism world, and then to make a firm recommendation to Government to tackle that.”
