Ludhiana: Dr Randhir Singh of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (Gadvasu) has been awarded the prestigious De-Facto Specialist Certification (Diplomate) by the Asian Society of Veterinary Clinical Dermatology (ASVCD).The credential was conferred during the society’s Seventh Continental Conference in Bangkok, making Dr Randhir Singh one of the few specialists in the region to hold the elite distinction.
