The Thames River Science Center has for too long been absent from Southeastern Connecticut.
However, Dave Fairman is spearheading an effort to return it to a new location for the benefit our children and our communities. I would like to applaud him for his effects. He is beginning the long road of fundraising, planning, construction / renovation and staffing to make this dream a reality.
The Thames River Science Center is expected to offer science enrichments to people of all age groups. The building will feature modern construction methods along with a look to the future of energy production. Discovery will include displays, demonstrations and “hands-on” activities.
