Punjab Prosecutor General Syed Farhad Ali Shah visited the Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) on Monday, where he was briefed on the agency’s operational procedures and working model.
During the visit, the Director General of the PFSA provided a detailed overview of the agency’s functions and ongoing initiatives. The Prosecutor General toured various departments and was informed about the modern forensic facilities and advanced technical capabilities being used to support criminal investigations.
Syed Farhad Ali Shah termed the role of the Punjab Forensic Science Agency as extremely important in strengthening the justice system. He said the availability of modern forensic evidence plays a key role in the effective prosecution of cases, while also enhancing transparency and improving the overall quality of justice delivery.
The Prosecutor General also appreciated the efforts of the agency’s Director General in increasing institutional capacity and aligning the organisation with modern forensic and technological requirements.
