DUSQ, a sleep science and recovery startup, has raised Rs 24 crore in a seed funding round led by Fireside Ventures. The round also saw participation from Antler India, Climber Capital, Startup Sherpas, Vaishav Investments, and angel investors including Avnish Anand and Shivam Puri.
The company said it will use the capital to scale its sleep regulation platform, expand its neuroscience and hardware teams, and deepen intellectual property development. DUSQ also plans to strengthen its fully equipped in-house sleep laboratories and prepare for its upcoming launch in the US market.
Founded in 2023 by Siddhant Bhargava, Shalmali Kadu, and Mitansh Khurana, DUSQ combines neuroscience with hardware design to build solutions focused on sleep recovery rather than just sleep tracking. The startup is backed by research drawn from more than 50 million physiological data points.
Over the past year, DUSQ has conducted structured trials within its proprietary sleep lab, testing recovery pathways under controlled conditions. The company says early results show its system can support sustained recovery cycles and improve uninterrupted sleep patterns by actively regulating biological processes.

Unlike most sleep tech products that focus on scores and dashboards, DUSQ positions itself as a regulation-first company. It believes modern sleep issues stem from a lack of synchronization between the brain and body, and that real recovery requires biological regulation instead of passive monitoring.
With continued research and product development, DUSQ aims to create a new category in sleep technology focused on long-term recovery and health outcomes.
