Central Texas College is continuing its 60-year legacy of workforce innovation with a $118,000 investment in a state of the art Stratasys J55 PolyJet 3D printer for its Graphics and Printing career pathway. The investment enhances student training by aligning instruction with contemporary industry standards and expanding hands on learning opportunities in advanced production environments.
Funded through Perkins grant resources, the new 3D printer enables students to move beyond flat design concepts and produce full color, high resolution three dimensional prototypes. This technology mirrors professional workflows used across branding, packaging, visual communications, and environmental graphics industries.
