PENSACOLA, Fla. — Science Saturdays have returned for this school year with free enrichment classes in Pensacola.
The 90-minute educational sessions are a big part of the community outreach by the Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition
This year’s topics include 3d printing, bottle rockets, robotics, secret codes, and more.
Organizers say it is a fun way to teach kids how to use critical thinking skills.
The program has been running for 17 years.
IHMC researchers and staff collaborate extensively with the government, industry, and academia to conduct ground-breaking science and develop breakthrough technologies.
